at the ball game

Sammi and I went to a AA baseball game last week. It was probably the best game I've ever been too, just because the crowd was so enthusiastic. Anyhow, the game was the Austin Express vs. Little Rock. Here's a picture from the 8th row, just behind the dugout.

Myself, I envision a future where all sports are EXTREME and played INDOORS, much like my highly-anticipated version of Indoor-SuperBall-AluminumBat-Baseball (brought to you by Matel Corp.).

I just wanna use your love tonnnnight!!!

I don't wanna lose your love tonnnighhttt!!!!!!!

LOL - I am folding laundry and rockin' out to the 80's right now. I love that song, I forgot I had it on this 2 disk 80's set.  That song reminds me of the band my brother-in-law Nik plays for, Top (www.topdfw.com). That's one of the songs in their line up, I remember one of the gigs Nik played at Cool River, they played that song and we owned the dance floor ; ) I don't miss single life or clubs for that matter, but I do miss hanging out with my sisters and friends sometimes. My sister Pamela, the pool shark taking all of those Star's hockey players money, Christine rescuing me from the icky boys, and Maria for always pointing out how "white girls can't dance" (not that some of us half-Asians fair much better). It was always an adventure with those "bad girls" and we've had a lot of fun.
Geez- I also forgot how much clothes I have! I've got a Mass 'O Laundry pile on the living room floor, not to mention the countless boxes still left in the garage...I better get back to folding, maybe I'll find some of my bad girl club outfits in there, not sure I could even squeeze into them at this point! If you wait to maintain your figure, don't take a cruise for your honeymoon!

One WHOLE Month!

Today is our 1 month anniversary! How wild is that?! Especially since we both have recurring dreams (or nightmares) that we haven't had the wedding yet! We are enjoying settling into married life and maybe we'll get the hang of it!

Seriously, I love married life and I am stupidly happy.

This weekend William and I made our first trip home since we moved down. We went to our good friend's baby shower. Kayleigh is just the sweetest little baby. A real cutie! We can't wait until she comes down to visit us! Oh, and she can bring her parents too, they're not so bad themselves! ; )

We also got our wedding proofs, WOOHOO! Hopefully we will get a disk and be able to share some of the photos online. We have Honeymoon pictures, but they're all of us and like no scenery. Someone likes to take pictures of my husband sleeping and when I find out who that person is, I am going to- oh, wait...that was me! He's just so cute! I can't help it.

We had a really great weekend and we'll be back Friday to attend my sister's bridal shower and to try and visit everyone we missed. I swear that's the hardest part, trying to see everyone and missing everyone while we are here. But hopefully, we'll see you all soon!
