There's no place like home...

There really isn't. I left for LA Monday and got back last night. My flight was delayed a little over an hour, and I was a bit nauseous from all of the turbulence, but nothing makes you feel better than having your husband pick you up at the airport and give you a big hug, a great kiss and flowers! William and I have never spent more than about a night apart since we've been married. We did live long distance before we were married when he transferred to Austin and I was still in DFW, but that was different. Sure, we missed each other and it was hard, but it is much harder when you really know what you are really missing out on. Waking up with someone, coming home to someone, having your best friend with you 24/7. I didn't sleep well either. I need to snuggle with my hubby, I need to have my good night kisses and fall asleep on his arm as he reads, then I need to listen to him snore ; )
Needless to say, I slept great last night and it’s good to be home.
