It's that time of year again. Cold weather is finally arriving. In fact, I drove to work with my windows down and had to turn on the heater.

I love it when it starts to smell like football! And did you ever notice that Sundays have a particular smell too. Anyways! I have all the windows open in the house....lovin it!

Yeah, I love that smell. It's 80 degrees outside today, low humidity accompanied by a northern wind. Absolutely wonderful weather. I can't wait until it gets cold enough to break out the sweaters.
I'm not sure how we'll build the fort this year. The couch is in the wrong position. We might have to buy a couple more bar stools.
